As a partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant for our Accounting team in Wellington, FL.
Requirements
What you'll be doing is...
After being trained and directly reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be in charge of (and not limited to):
- Coordinating car fleet handling
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Expenses follow up and reimbursement
- Administrative tasks
- Any other tasks assigned
Requirements
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1h lunch break from 1-2pm
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Expense Reimbursement 1 year (Preferred)
- Working with spreadsheets 1 year (Preferred)
